Information processed through TraxX
When a business uses TraxX, we process data necessary to deliver attribution reporting, which may include:
- Lead and enquiry data from call-tracking platforms (for example, call records, web-form submissions, lead source and campaign information)
- Job and invoice data from job-management software (for example, quotes, job status, and invoiced amounts)
- Advertising campaign performance and cost data from advertising platforms
This data is processed solely to produce attribution and return-on-investment reporting for the business that owns it.
3. Google user data and the Google Ads API
TraxX helps tradespeople see which marketing sources produce paid work. Today, channel performance (including Google Ads, Google Business Profile and organic search) is surfaced via our call-tracking provider, CallRail. We are developing direct integrations with Google services — Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics — which, when enabled, will require the business to authorise access through Google's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time. Where TraxX reads Google data, it is used solely to calculate and display performance and return on investment for that business; it is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, and never shared except as needed to provide the service. Planned features that act on Google services on the business's behalf (such as responding to reviews or publishing Google Business Profile posts) will operate only with explicit authorisation. SlixX Digital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your enquiries; provide and improve our marketing services and the TraxX platform; produce attribution and performance reporting for our clients; communicate with you about your account or services; and meet our legal obligations. We do not use client business data for any purpose other than delivering the services that client has engaged us for.
5. How we store and protect data
We take reasonable steps to protect data from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Measures include encryption of credentials and sensitive data at rest, transmission over secure HTTPS/TLS connections, access controls, and logical separation of each client's data within our multi-tenant platform.
