These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, digital marketing services, and software platform (including TraxX) provided by Westline Electrical Services Pty Ltd (trading as SlixX Digital) ("SlixX Digital", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
SlixX Digital provides digital marketing services including search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, web design, and lead-to-revenue attribution reporting through our TraxX platform. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for paid services are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and SlixX Digital.
2. Accounts and access
To use TraxX, you may need to create an account and connect third-party services (such as call-tracking, job-management, or advertising platforms) by authorising access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must ensure you are authorised to connect any third-party account you link to TraxX.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. In particular, you must not: use the services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform; or reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform except as permitted by law.
4. Data and third-party integrations
TraxX connects to third-party platforms at your direction to retrieve data needed for attribution reporting. Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms. We access third-party data on a read-only basis where applicable and use it only to provide the reporting services you have requested, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data, and you may disconnect any integration or request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The TraxX platform, the SlixX Digital website, and all associated software, design, and content are the property of Westline Electrical Services Pty Ltd (trading as SlixX Digital) and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data and materials you provide.
6. Fees and payment
Fees for paid services are as set out in your agreement or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of GST. We may update pricing on notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. While TraxX is designed to provide accurate attribution reporting, the accuracy of reporting depends on the data made available by connected third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlixX Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services and terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the services ends, and you may request export or deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the revision date shown above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
